Problem Statement of the Case Study
I’ve been working for Simplyk since 2015, which is a NPO with a focus on volunteering. As a Volunteering Coordinator, I was initially responsible for identifying suitable volunteers for different tasks that require volunteers. I also coordinate the ongoing work of volunteers.
